VBrick Systems, Inc. (Booth 2267) is unveiling its new MPEG-4 encoder/decoder video appliance, the VB6200. The VB6200 is a self-contained portable video appliance that enables anyone with an Internet connection to conduct two-way interactive video, commonly known as video over Internet Protocol (IP). Using a simple remote control, users can set up one-way streaming or two-way conferencing sessions with a click of a button.

The MPEG-4 video compression enables usage on any IP network, including the Internet. Extending the reach of mission-critical video, the VB6200 allows enterprises, government agencies and educational institutions to communicate visually over low and medium bandwidth IP networks. The VB6200 is designed to optimize distance learning, telemedicine, event broadcasts, and important business operations such as employee training, global sales meetings and product launches. The most distinguishing characteristic of the VB6200 is its versatility--it can seamlessly support interactive conferencing and webcasting to thousands of viewers globally.

The VB6200 is Internet Streaming Media Alliance (ISMA) compliant, ensuring vendor interoperability with many of the popular software and hardware decoders.
